WOW! I saw a truck online and when I got there I talked to Joe, very professional and calm, wasn’t pushy at all. The price online was the price I paid, no hidden fees. I had financing through my own bank. I was in and out in 45 minute. I’ve never had such a pleasant car buying experience!! And he even gave me Astro’s tickets for coming in! Thanks Joe!

I haven’t always been a fan of small used car dealerships, but today was an exception. Zach Balleza helped us navigate the process and it was such a pleasant experience. While I was waiting for my bank to send over information, I got to witness another client making a purchase and other people walking in asking questions about their other cars. Another employee name Joe was also very helpful and they both greeted everyone as they walked in and were very polite and professional. The office itself was clean and very interesting and any doubts I had were put at ease immediately. If you’re in the market for a used car, this is the place to go.

Bay motors were easy to work with and were very customer oriented. They were polite and courteous from start to finish and quick to answer any questions whether in person or by email. We would definitely recommend buying from them!! Joe was great!

Just bought my second vehicle from the folks at Bay Motors. First was in 2018. Great experience both times, no hassles, no adding of thousands in extra dealer fees like you see at some other dealers, just a simple and easy buying experience. They had the truck ready for me to test drive, and when I decided to purchase, I was literally out the door in less than 10 minutes. Thanks guys! Will see you again!
